Samir the Sign Maker would no doubt be delighted to fabricate lighted, flashing signs in Arabic to warn motorists to stop or be machine-gunned to death. Muhammad the Mullah would be similarly pleased, I am sure, to demonstrate the signs at every Mosque in Iraq.
