Every day, all around the world, thousands of children who are not brain dead and who have long since stopped being fetuses die of disease and malnutrition because they are poor. They are poor because "free trade" is designed to be good for wealthy investors and bad for poor people. Why are right-to-life activists, especially American Congressional Republicans, silent on this issue? And why are they silent on the violent deaths of tens of thousands of innocent Iraqi men, women, and children in an unnecessary war waged for trumped up reasons?
