Lying to Congress and lying to the American people to start a war of aggression, in which 2200 American service personnel and tens of thousands of Iraqis have died -- not to mention brazenly flouting domestic and international laws prohibiting torture, arbitrarily annulling habeas corpus, and resurrecting lettres de cachet -- are high crimes, war crimes, and misdemeanors. This entire BushCo crew deserve a fair trial, which is far more than they have given their thousands upon thousands of victims, and then they should be hung.
