George Bush was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. Someone rich and powerful was always there to cover for him when he ran a business into the ground or got in trouble with authority. Spoiled brat that he is, George Bush responded with baseless reassurances to dire warnings before Katrina, because everything has always worked out fine for him. Iraq? Same story. There are no bad endings in George Bush's life, just benefactors ready and able to set his world right. George Bush can dismember the federal government, loot the economy, and enrage the world, because the "general welfare", his responsibility as chief executive officer of the United States of America, will take care of itself. "General welfare" accounts, faith based organizations, and volunteers will handle that. All he's got to do is glory in making war and silence anyone who opposes him.
