"Vigilant about coups and fearful of revolt" are why BushCo spies on Americans and are turning the USA into a police state. American citizens will be disappeared, tortured, and murdered next by Cheney-Rumsfeld-Bush, as advocates of democracy have always been by US-installed military dictatorships from Iran to Guatemala.
