No, Rumsfeld alone is not to blame for BushCo's contempt for the public, contempt for Congress, contempt for the U.S. Constitution, contempt for the military, contempt for the law, contempt for the intelligence community, contempt for anyone who questions their lies, anyone who does not share their delusions of grandeur, and anyone who sees their fantasies for what they are.

The list is long: George Bush, Dick Cheney, and the "administration" they assembled of neocon ideologues, neoliberal slime balls, corporate predators, religious nutcases, and other assorted criminals and goons.
