That George Bush leaked portions of a classified intelligence document is only half the story. More pernicious is that, because he leaked to prove he had not "twisted" intelligence to mislead the USA into war, he only released portions of the document that supported his claims and didn't release portions expressing doubt that those claims were correct. If this is not "twisting" intelligence, what is?
