The time for feminist posturing, identity politics, and sexual symbols passed at least 30 years ago, and the time is at least that long overdue to tackle the nuts and bolts realities of equal pay for equal work, actual reliable economic support for working mothers, and transforming higher education into something other than a cash cow for the credit industry.
