Remember Iran

Every proposal from the Iranian side has been positive; all have had U.S. security guarantees at their core; and the Bush administration, because it obviously wants war not peace (remember the PNAC?), has thumbed its nose at each and every one. This failure on the part of the Bush administration is deliberate and is entirely their fault.
