"Entitlements" funding.

To fund Medicare and Social Security: (a) reduce the so-called "defense" budget -- which in actuality is the corporate empire force projection budget -- by 80%, (b) do away entirely with the 90k or any other cap on FICA earnings, (c) tax unearned income at the same rate as earned income.

Capitalists who don't like being American citizens and paying their fair share of taxes -- as people who work for a living do, on ALL of the money they earn -- are free to go live off-shore somewhere.
