Government is broke because millionaires and corporations pay ridiculously low taxes if they pay any taxes at all.
Why do millionaires and corporations pay ridiculously low, if any, taxes?
(Increasing taxes on millionaires and corporations does not mean that everybody else's taxes increase.)
