Torture

When will the Bush administration criminals -- Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, Bush, Yoo, Bybee, Sanchez, and others -- who flagrantly violated American and international laws to implement their policy of torture be prosecuted for their crimes?

Self-professed tough-guys like Cheney and Rumsfeld, and privileged twits like Bush, who think they know all the answers and think they are above the law have been proven wrong by scholar after scholar and interrogator after interrogator, that torture does not "work."

Bush administration bosses' gut feeling that brutality begets cooperation is entirely a reflection of the way their class perceives the rest of us and corresponds not one whit to reality.
