Solar panels on every rooftop in America, made in the USA, installed by local workers hired by the states with federal dollars.

Smart grid research, development, and deployment, all components made in the USA, funded by federal grants (not tax rebates) for R&D and built by American workers paid with federal dollars.

Think CCC. Think WPA. Think Hoover Dam. Think TVA. Think rural electrification. This is not rocket science.
