"Double taxation" is a bogus crock of sophistry.

If I pay taxes on my paycheck and use my net to pay you for washing my laundry, is it "double taxation" for you to pay taxes on the income my payment to you represents?

Of course not. So taxes on my income as a corporation that I pay you have nothing to do with the taxes you pay on your paycheck from me.
