This hysteria about Iran's nuclear program, promoted breathlessly in the corporate media, is on a par with the deadly nonsense used to drag the U.S. into a war of aggression against Saddam Hussein -- the six-gun smoking mushroom cloud.

War with Iran will devastate the world economy.

I guess the 1% figure they can afford to ride out the dip, and of course they could not care less about the millions who will suffer. Or the tens, if not hundreds, of thousands who will die.
