Clint Eastwood knows how to make a truly great movie, and he has proven it again and again.

But he is a terrible speech maker, as he admits, and an even worse "talk giver."

I want to remember Clint Eastwood's truly remarkable cinematic accomplishments, but I'm afraid all I can see when I think of the man now is what an incredible idiot he apparently is in real life, which in my mind really is a shame.
