Clemency.

The U.S. government poses as if it has the moral authority to grant or deny clemency to anyone who exposes their crimes.

It claims legitimacy on the basis of the destructive power of its weapons but is corrupt to the core and in the eyes of anyone but itself is a depressing clown.
