Bill Clinton's stamp on Mayor de Blasio says: "Safe for the ruling class."

Clinton Democrats have perfected the art of saying words that workers, immigrants, people of color, and the poor want to hear while making the world safe for corporate plunder: NAFTA, Commodity Futures Trading Modernization Act of 2000, Telecommunications Act of 1996, "ending welfare as we know it."

The Clinton presidency was a Wall Street presidency, as is the Obama presidency, also duly blessed by Bill Clinton.

And Hillary "Hawk" Clinton, although NYC politics do not revolve to any noticeable degree around foreign policy, stands for "humanitarian intervention," another feel-good phrase for killing people with America's largest export: military hardware.

I can only guess why real progressives go over to the dark side when elected in the USA. Some say it's money. I think it is more sinister.
