The USA is a warrior nation. Like the Mongols. Fierce in battle, focused and practiced at warfare. OK, fine. That's what the U.S. is.

I would prefer that it be a nation of gardeners, mathematicians, artists, and musicians, but that is not reality.

What the USA "makes" is war. It's "innovations" are novel ways to plunder. When history is finished with it, the USA will crumble. No foundation, you see. Until then it will confuse "empowerment" with violence and continue to wreak havoc.
