Financial Warlordism.

Capitalism is dying and being replaced by financial warlordism, a modern-day form of feudalism: a lawless state in which ruthless predators who control the lion's share of wealth arrogate license to themselves to take whatever, kill whomever, and destroy wherever they want, while the weak and financially vulnerable, in addition to being fleeced at will, are obliged to obey every rule to the letter, even in private, or be thrown in jail forever.
