If anyone still believes the USA isn't using internal dissension in Ukraine as a pretext for aggression toward Russia, modernizing the American nuclear arsenal is proof.

In the event of war, the Russians have clearly stated they will use nuclear artillery to defend their territory.

This bald-faced escalation of Cold War 2.0 by the USA is an obvious effort to "deter" the use of battlefield nuclear weapons and draw Russia into an expensive, dangerous, and fruitless arms race with American neocons whose avowed aim is to dominate the entire world militarily.

Another front in this global war being waged by the USA is allying itself with radical extremist monarchies in the Persian Gulf against Iran under the pretext of fighting ISIS -- which is a creation of the Gulf States and idiotic policies by the USA in the region since long before Gulf War 1.
