The man is a manipulative cynic.
How about me telling you: I'm gonna get a Ph.D.! Win a Grammy! Go to Mars! Anyone can promise anything. The details of everything Mitch McConnell does, which is almost nothing, cut funding for programs for poor and working people and cut taxes for the rich.
How can a person be so cruel? He might as well be Al Capone. Money for his organization, his associates, is all he cares about, and he'll tell any lie to get it.
