In 10 minutes Det. Andy Sipowicz would convince Brig. Gen. Jay W. Hood that his admission of innocuous substitutes for the truth won't fly. Sipowicz would be equally undaunted by the transparent fabrications of George Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Alberto Gonzales, Richard Myers, and others who ordered that thousands of innocent civilians be tortured.
