Quite a coincidence.

George Bush reads the NED a "major" speech on his occupation of Iraq -- basically asserts that Iraq is a viper's nest of terrorists bent on destroying the USA -- and, lo and behold, a warning originating in Iraq (!) surfaces the very next day to the effect that the NYC subway system is going to be bombed.

Two days later the threat is "discounted." This Bush guy is better at scaring people than Orson Welles.
