How is it possible that the Secretary of State of the USA is unaware that no one on this planet knows how to dispose of nuclear waste? Well, there is one way, namely using it to make nuclear bombs. The nukes India is planning to buy will bump their domestic energy generation by a whopping 3%. So what is the real reason C. Rice is so enthusiastic about selling nukes to India? Is it that the bombs India makes from the waste they generate will be on China's doorstep?
