George Bush is not a "nice guy". He is a liar, a thief, a torturer, a murderer, and a despot. He can be charming when it is to his advantage, because he is a psychopath -- a talented and ruthless manipulator, devoid of empathy, driven to experience gratification in the form of feelings of omnipotence. Ask your local psychiatrist. It is obvious.
