Enough kinetic energy is carried by the tides to power all of humanity's needs forever. The $200 billion George Bush wasted on his illegal and unnecessary war in Iraq would have been better spent developing the means to smooth the flow of tidal energy captured by turbines in the mouths of every bay in the USA.
