News reports now emphasize not that having tortured Maher Arar is barbaric and inexcusable but that Mr. Arar was "the wrong guy." Now we have truly tumbled down the rabbit-hole, and the Red Queen in the person of George Bush is barking insane commands to a hoard of lackeys too dense to notice she is out of her mind.
