After Nov. 7 the DJI average will lose 27% of its value, cleaning the clock of small investors who voted Republican and priming the pump of the giant banks and trading houses with bargain-basement stocks. Gasoline will average $3.60 a gallon 2 weeks after the votes are "counted."
