What Tony Snow meant to say after Hugo Chavez announced his plan to nationalize certain electricity and telecommunications assets in Venezuela: "Privatization has a long and inglorious history of failure around the world (except for wealthy capitalist predators). I support the Venezuelan people and think this is a happy day for them."
