Iraqis hired with American money to paint schools and clean streets will be blown up by insurgents. Besides, isn't it a little strange that a free-market fundamentalist like George Bush has chosen to intervene in the Iraqi economy in this way? I would have expected a tax cut for the Iraqi capitalist class.
