Globalization and income.

Editor,

American workers' incomes did not diminish with corporate globalization by some mysterious accident. Nor has the enormous disparity between workers' and the richest 0.1% of Americans' wealth occurred by accident. These outcomes were the point of corporate globalization and are the driving force behind it.

And the shibboleth that "globalization has raised hundreds of millions of the world's poor out of poverty" is wearing a little thin. Raised out of poverty, yes: into slavery.
