During the Roberts and Alioto hearings neither nominee admitted to being the conservative activist he unsurprisingly turned out to be. We have a spineless Senate Judiciary Committee, a spineless Democratic party, and a spineless Senate to blame for the success of this concerted right-wing attack on the citizens of the United States.
