The Bailout Plan Stinks.

Editor,

The bailout plan Democratic sellouts Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid agreed to Sunday morning stinks, and they know it stinks because they are looking for representatives who are no longer accountable to their constituents to vote for it (unchallenged seats, retiring representatives, etc.).

In one breath the worthless paper Washington is going to buy from Wall Street is "troubled assets". In the next it is "bad debts", and in the next taxpayers are going "profit" from it when this paper is sold in some fantasy land a million years from now.

Naturally there is no relief in this bailout for under-water home owners, such relief being the only sensible solution to this crisis, so this bailout stinks.
