Editor,
Indebtedness is the so-called product that banks, not all of which describe themselves as banks, have learned to sell each other in order to create a mirage that they call "wealth".
Lately how they have been doing this in the domestic American economy has come to light, and it is exactly the same scheme these organizations have been using to steal the wealth of the developing world for the last 30 years.
Certain people consider this "ingenious", making themselves money for nothing at the expense of an ever-growing number of people sinking deeper and deeper into debt and investing less and less capital in producing real, tangible wealth.
People selling corporate globalization now do not need to travel to Haiti or Zambia to see how it works. Just look around the U.S.A. -- a miniscule filthy rich minority at everyone else's expense.
