Name-brand big shots.

Editor,

There are hundreds if not thousands of educated, knowledgeable, and experienced decision makers -- in academia, state governments, and even in some corporations -- who share President Obama's heartfelt commitment to serving the interests of "ordinary" people, who play by the rules, and who have not been corrupted by the trappings of inordinate power.

Too bad our president, with every good intention, staffed his government with name-brand big shots. Now more than ever we need a government of "ordinary" people who have good heads on their shoulders and a sincere desire to set things right.
