Home-grown fascists.

It was only going to be a matter of time before the authoritarian policies of the Bush regime -- disappearance, torture, denial of habeas corpus, extrajudicial kangaroo courts -- would be turned on political enemies of that regime: non-believers trying to attend Bush town-hall meetings, protesters trying to get within a mile of the dictator, people wearing anti-war T-shirts to government hearings.

If our home-grown fascists manage to lie and scare their way back into the White House while the American public sleeps, Mr. Holder's reversion to the rule of American law in the United States of America will only last as long as the Obama regime.
