Fat pig betters.

Editor,

When this health care debacle began months ago, it was clear from the outset that Washington was going to pretend to consider the needs of the American people while right from the start our government's real constituency -- giant corporations that grind individual human beings underfoot for profit -- would inevitably get another handout, more welfare, more distribution of taxpayer dollars into the pockets of rich.

Single payer, which the vast majority of Americans and everybody with better than a backwoods education wanted, was summarily swept "off the table," then the whittling began.

If the crooks who run this country didn't need to maintain the facade of "free and fair" elections -- in which no one without millions of dollars can run for office -- they could have just deployed their riot police around the Capitol and declared that health care reform American style was going to be nothing for you peasants and more of your money in the pockets of your fat pig betters.
