Problem A: Despite an overwhelming majority in both houses of Congress, Democrats are afraid to hurt their Republican enemies' feelings by passing any legislation that does not conform to right-wing free-to-plunder ideology.

Problem B: With a 5-4 majority of corporate shills dominating the Supreme Court and banks' legal war chests amounting to billions, it is unlikely that ersatz financial corporation "people" will be brought to heel any time soon.
