Manicured hands.

The social stratum Mr. Obama hails from negotiate deals among themselves in which "everybody gets something." So he invited the most virulent predators in our economy, who prey ruthlessly on every social stratum below themselves, "to the table." So "everybody gets something" -- at the expense of the millions of people these criminals rob and kill with impunity. I'm afraid Mr. Obama, for all of his neighborhood organizing roots, is so deeply embedded in this larcenous gentleman's club that he has either forgotten or never quite figured out whose blood these vampires drink. This is not a game in which "everybody gets something." This is a hard, cold killers' game in which real live people suffer and die at the manicured hands of monsters.
