Somewhere down the road.

Republicans and other so-called conservatives cry poverty when lazy bums who are not making them money need services like unemployment insurance, health care, education, mass transit,and the like.

But they have plenty of money to wage wars on godforsaken hellholes that might pay off in natural resources and dirt cheap labor somewhere down the road.
