The American Taliban, selectively interpreting their Bible to keep medical science in a new Dark Age, are a menace to the human race, as are their propagandists in right-wing media-for-simpletons and their bone-headed politicians. It is embarrassing to live in a country dominated by aggressively ignorant buffoons and their aggressively ignorant cognitive processes. Of course I don't have Alzheimer's or Parkinson's disease --- yet -- so I am merely offended by these idiots, not consigned to a slow and miserable death that stem cell study can probably make a thing of the past.
