Four hours on the tarmac. Lost luggage. Horrible.

The quality of everything is getting worse as the price of everything goes up. Why? Because the only reason people do anything in this society is to eke a miserable paycheck out of a niggardly corporation. Only an idiot patsy takes pride in one's work anymore. Treat employees like dirt and employees treat you and what they do the same. And to a corporation a customer is just another nickel in the till.
