The rich.

Punishing workers, the old, the sick, and the young for reckless gambling by greedy capitalists is wrong and demonstrates clearly the utter contempt with which the rich view the rest of the human race.

According to the rich, anyone who manages their personal finances recklessly should suffer the consequences. Hence do away with safety nets; let the poor eat cake.

But this principle does not apply to the rich. When the reckless bets the rich make in their gambling casino bourses lose money, everybody else must suffer politely-named "austerity" so that the rich get paid.

When will the people of the planet Earth stand up to the rich and end the economic crises, wars, and environmental disasters their domination of our planet creates?
