Why are Boehner and the House of Representatives wasting time passing a vacuous and idiotic bill that will be DOA in the Senate?
Acting out in an alternative, fantasy universe is not collaborating with their Senate partners to resolve this crisis, which by the way is entirely imaginary and deliberately manufactured by right-wing extremists, aka "Republicans," who kill their victims by defunding life-sustaining programs rather than shooting them like that moron in Norway kills his.
