Narrowing the possibilities.

What a revolting development this is: the worst possible president at the worst possible moment in the history of the United States. Republicans are going relentlessly for the throat of the 98% of Americans who are not rich; they smell blood; and we've got a guy who wants his enemies to like him, clueless, going up against them.

I am reading a book called "Slavery: A World History" by Milton Meltzer. Mr. Obama should read this book to understand just how casually other people's lives are destroyed by those who feel entitled to own everything themselves. This country is headed for a civil war, and Mr. Obama is narrowing the possibilities for escaping it.
