What he is.

Editor,

Objective statements that particular characteristics of a particular person are despicable are not "personal attacks." They are statements of fact.

A person who does not want to be despised for trashing the livelihoods of entire communities to make himself rich can refrain from that sort of behavior and thus not be despised.

A person is as a person does.

In circles of predatory multi-millionaires, all of whom became rich by plundering the communities of people vulnerable to plunder, Mitt Romney might be received as a wonderful guy. Fine. Let those people vote for their pal.

But working people and others who understand that if one person suffers, all of society suffers (Yes, Margaret Thatcher, there is such a thing as society), view Mitt Romney for what he is.
