There are fewer bosses than employees.

So a party whose purpose is to represent exclusively the interests of bosses will never win an election fair and square.

Bosses need to find themselves mainstream political parties to which to hitch their particular stars and give up on the idea of having a party of their own.

The demise of the Republicans -- who rely on dishonesty, manipulation, division, negativity, fear (I forget them all) -- should clear the path for a multi-party political landscape in the USA.

Binary, winner-take-all politics obscures the complexities of real-world issues, ignores a multitude of voices that should be heard, and is devoid of nuance.

The Republicans should fold their tent and leave town.
