Editor,
The overarching offense subsuming every crime against humanity the Bush cabal committed is their flagrant arrogance of power, what Tea Party dupes like to call tyranny, their authoritarianism.
And it is still here: in violent, repressive, militarized police on the streets of the USA; brazen abuses by corporations everywhere; and civilian death collateral to the unremitting imperial project of the USA.
