Editor,
Still no mention of prosecuting conspirators in the extortion racket uncovered by the DOJ's investigation of Ferguson municipal officials' and FPD abuses of power. Terrorize a community, ruin people's lives, even provoke at least one suicide by viciously kidnapping individuals and locking them in jail, and you walk away by simply "stepping down." It's Wall Street all over again.
Whoever fired those shots did so, I suspect, to discredit protesters and divert attention from the real issue at hand: rampant, brazen, violent, racist corruption.
